/ COUNTY CLERK RETIRES
(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) TE\AWAMTJTU, Fob. 10. After 29 years’ service as cleric of the Waipa County Council, Mr Bowden retires at the end of March. Councillors felicitated him at yesterday’s meeting, saving that, he held a wonderful record, and had never missed a meeting throughout the term.
