BOMB EXPLOSION. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON, Feb. 8. A cryptic message from Lisbon states that during a demonstration outside the Ministry of the Interior a bomb exploded close' to the town hall, which is near the Ministry. Four persons were wounded and some damage was done to the building. Troops were called out to disperse the crowd. PREMIERSHIP DECLINED BERLIN, Feh. 7. Herr Braun lias declined the Prussian Premiership.
