BELGIAN REGULATIONS. Now Belgian road tr'aft’ic regulations which romp into force on ’February 9 next, provide, states the British Consul at Leige, that a speed limit will no longer apply to motor-ears. Motorists have merely to avoid driving to .the public danger'. Pedestrians must get out of the way and allow passage to cars.
