NO SPEED LIMIT.
BELGIAN REGULATIONS. Now Belgian road tr'aft’ic regulations which romp into force on ’February 9 next, provide, states the British Consul at Leige, that a speed limit will no longer apply to motor-ears. Motorists have merely to avoid driving to .the public danger'. Pedestrians must get out of the way and allow passage to cars. Lorries must carry reflector glasses to enable drivers to see what is coming behind.
