MELBOURNE, Feb. 6. In the Federal Arbitration Court Mr Justice Powers delivered his reserved, judgment on the application for the deregistration of the Seamen’s Union. He refused to deregister the union, stating that as the men were returning to work he could see no reason for such drastic action. The hearing commenced in the Police Court of charges against Tom Walsh of inciting the Seamen’s Union to strike. MAHENO DELAYED. SYDNEY", Feb. 6. When the Maheno was due to sail today for Auckland several members of the crew were missing, and the vessel was held up after she left the ,wharf. The missing men were finally located and rejoined the ship, which sailed after five hours’ delay.
