HAWERA AND BLTHAM. The total number of motor vehicles registered in Hawera up to yesterday was something over 800, so that theie must have been this morning a "V • large number still to come in. x local post office .staff had a vei > bus\ time during the whole of to-day. In Eltham slightly over(4oo had been registered up to Friday. The penalty for non-registration will operate after to-day.
