DEALT WITH IN COURT.
A record number of native judgment debtors were dealt with at the Hawera Magistrate’s Court yesterday, when orders were made in the following judgment summons cases : Wni. Page v. Joe Hokio, £sl 13s 6d, in default 55 days’ imprisonment; W. T. Bailey v. Tauaahui, £9 4s 6d, in default 11 days’ imprisonment; R. A. Keys v. W. Tumahuki, £32 Is lOd, in default 34 days’ imprisonment; Welsh and another v. Taungatata, £IOB 19s 6d, in default three months’ imprisonment; L. Houlahan v. T. Northcote, £l6 0s 2d, in default 18 days’ imprisonment; Curtis and Spragg v. R. Broughton, £3 13s 6d, in default four days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended provided debtor pays £1 per month; J. McLeod v. Wi Pakau, £3 18s, in default four davs’ imprisonment; J. Joyce v. N. E. Chadwick, £22 10s, in default 24 days’ imprison-: ment.
