ITALY DECLINES TO ADHERE TO IT. nr cauck —press association—copyright. Received Jan. 30, 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 29. The Times’ Tangier correspondent says that the Italian Government has declined to adhere to the Tangier convention, on the grounds that Italy did not participate in the conference at which the convention was drawn up, and because it considers the convention both impractical and not beneficial to Italian interests. —Times.
