Among the hundreds of listeners it was hoped someone might recognise her voice. PRINCES’ COURTSHIPS. The People says that the possible betrothal of Prince Henry, the third ,;on of the King, to a Scotswoman, is the subject of talk in London. His name is frequently coupled with that of Lady Mary Scott, aged 20, the fourth daughter of the Duke of Buccleueh, who is at present Prince Henry’s host.
The .friendship of Prince George, the fourth son of the King, and Miss Poppy Baring, daughter of Sir Godle.v Baring, is also attracting attention.
