MANHOOD SUFFRAGE.
JAPAN PEERS REJECT IT. The Japanese Privy Council has rejected the Manhood Suffrage Bill. The right to manhood suffrage has been hotly debated for several years, and the people are certain to resent the snatching of a hard-won victory by aged Privy Councillors.
