AUCTIONEERS' NOTE. Messrs. Money has not been spared in the selection of sires for their flock,. and prices from 150 to 200 guineas have been freely paid for suitable sires from the flocks of the late Mr E. Short and during the last 10 years from Mr A. Matthews’ well-known flock. During the last 12 years .no other than “Karamu” bred rams have been used with the flock ewes. , Mr \V. C. Small, who passed the flock for the Romney Marsh Breeders' Association. reports on them as follows: “I think I can safely say this flock is the best I have ever-seen offered to tne public. The sheep are most’fcjpical, with even fleeces, good bone and beautifully covered.” . , . Such praise from such an authority carries its own conviction.
