DAIRY PRODUCE. LONDON QUOTATIONS. The High Commissioner reported as under on the .London market for dairy produce for the week ending January 17:— BUTTER. Market weak in view of large quantities of New Zealand and Australian near at hand. Spot market very quiet owing to fog delaying discharge of vessels. Official quotations are;,— New Zealand.—Finest, salted, January 17, 156 s to 160 s per cw£ (Is 4ifd to Is ojd per lb); exceptional, up-to 164 s per cwt (Is std per lb) ; January 10. 163 s to 168 s per cwt. exceptional 170 s per cwt (Is 5,4 dto Is 6Jd per lb); January 3. 1.86 s to 192 s per cwt (Is 9d to Is 93d per lb). Unsalted : January 17, 164 s to. 168 s per cwt (Is opl Co Is 6d per lb); January 10. 170 s to 174 s per cwt (Is 6jd to Is 6)d per lb) ; January 3,194 sto 196 s per cwt (Is Bid to Is 9d ner lb). CHEESE. Market quiet and easier. Official quotations are;— New Zealand.—Slow, January 17. arid white, 92s to 94s pe. cwt (9Jd to lOd per lb); January 10. coloured and white. 96s to 98s per cwt (10),d to IOJd per lb) ; January 3. coloured, 97s to 98.4 per cwt (lO.j-d per lb); white. 98s per cwt (10$d per lb). Shipments of New Zealand produce arrived this week per Remuera and Turakina.
