MOSCOW, Jan. 18. , A semi-official report states that .a plenary session of the executive committee" and central control committee of the Russian Communist Party adopted a resolution that owing to Trotsky’s attitude towards Leninism it was impossible that he should retain control of the army or his post on the revolutionary war council. The resolution warns Trotsky that unless he submits to party discipline he will be removed from the political bureau and fropi the executive committee. The resolution followed the reading of a statement by Trotsky, who was unable to be present owing to illness.
