At New Plymouth yesterday an enquiry was held by the coroner (Mr J. S. Barton, S.M.) into the circumstances surrounding the death of Eric Arnold Hall, who fell from a ladder while engaged in electrical line repair work at New Plymouth. None of the witnesses could give any reason for the fall. The coroner returned a verdict of accidental death, tlie immediate cause being injuries to the brain.
