RACING PERMITS. (BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.} NELSON, Jan. 14. The Hon. Mr. Bollard, replying to a deputation from the Jockeys and Trotting Clubs, said that equal consideration would he 'given to Nelson as to other centres. He believed the House intended the additional permits for country clubs, and he proposed to place them there. He also considered there should be a reshuffling of tlie existing permits and intern!od to go into that question and see that the country clubs got a fair deal.
