PUNISHED FOR CRIME
AUCKLAND CASES DEALT WITH. (BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Jan. 12. William Haloid Cosgrove was charged at the Police Court to-day with breaking and entering the shop of Charles Donald, stealing jewellery and greenstone valued, at £3O, and breaking and entering the window of Arthur Lindsay with intent to commit a crime. He was committed for sentence.
Frederick Alexis Wildman, aged 17, pleaded not guilty to four charges of breaking and entering various premises and stealing motor-cars, benzine, etc. He was committed for trial. Rov Martin, acred 21, admitted that he converted a stolen motor-ear to his own use, causing damage of £6O to the car. He was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.
