WHEAT YIELD
NEW SOUTH WALES CROP. SECOND HIGHEST IN HISTORY. 17.4 BUSHELS TO THE ACRE. by cable— press association—COPYßlGHT Received Jan. 10, 11.55 a.m. SYDNEY, Jan. 10. The Government Statistician estimates the wheat yield for the present season at 60,832,000 bushels, an average of 17.4 bushels per acre, winch is the second highest total in the history of the State, the highest being 66,764,910 in 1915-16.
