ISOLATING GERMANY
FRENCH POLICY IN EUROPE. MANY MILITARY TREATIES. PARIS, Dec. 21. France 'is continuing' her policy of entering into military hi'-ontie« with the Central European countries surrounding German v. She has already signed military treaties with Belgium, Czeeho-Slovakia, Hungary and Poland, and is now negotiating with Yugoslavia. M. Manchitch, Foreign Minister of Yugoslavia, has arrived in Paris to negotiate the treaty preparatory to the visit of the Serbian King and Queen. He is also consulting M. Her riot, the French Premier, regarding the combating of Bolshevik propaganda, which is extensive in Yugoslavia.
