The attitude of the majority of the Dominions towards Mr. Chamberlain’s tripartite security scheme has resulted in the rejection of the Protocol. Mr Amerv is disappointed at the Dominions’ attitude, which he regards as a staggering blow to the Government s desire to consult the Dominions a every opportunity. '
