AMBASSADOR’S CONFERENCE BY CABLE—jPSHeS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. PARIS, Jan. 1. Early next week the Ambassadors’ Conference will present to the respective Allied Governments that they unanimously agreed to the Note, briefly stating the reasons for the non-evacua-tion of Cologne, after which the Allies will collectively present it to Germany. [lt has been alleged that Germany has failed to_ fulfil her obligations in respect to the manufacture of firearms, and that secret small arms factories have been discovered.]
