If these are. favourable India and Newfoundland certainly will l>e. LONDON, Jan. 1. The Daijy Telegraph says that .in addition to international affairs Cabinet will on Monday consider the replies from the Dominion Governments to the invitation to attend the conference in London regarding the Geneva protocol.
