PEACE PROTOCOL
THE LONDON CONFERENCE. WILL IT BE ABORTIVE ATTITUDE OF DOMINIONS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON, Jan. 1. Canada, replying regarding the peace protocol, points out the difficulty in the way of the Premier (Air. MaeKenzie King) attending the provosed conference in London during the sitting of Parliament, and suggests cabling, but if the other Dominions think it necessary Canada will participate. This is the only reply so far received. The official review is that the conference is dependent on the attitude of Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. If these are. favourable India and Newfoundland certainly will l>e. LONDON, Jan. 1. The Daijy Telegraph says that .in addition to international affairs Cabinet will on Monday consider the replies from the Dominion Governments to the invitation to attend the conference in London regarding the Geneva protocol.
