DESPERATE STRUGGLE IN B.ED- '• ROOM. 13Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Deo. 30, : 10.10 a.m. MELBOURNE, Dec. 30. Kuhn, a resident of Caulfield, returning home early in the evening after a short absence, found a man in his bedroom, and he closed with him. While the struggle was, in progress a second man entered from another room, revolver in hand, and fired a shot. The man with whom Kuhn was struggling released his hold and' rushed outside. The second man, saying he had shot his mate, ordered Kuhn to stand still or he would shoot. He then rushed away, and both escaped. Patches, of blood on the floor proved that the first intruder had been wounded. The house had been ransacked, but nothing was stolen.
