TRAGEDY NEAR DUNEDIN. (by TELEGRAPH—-PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, Dec. 29. The police have been advised that Stanley Downes, aged 18, of Baliclutha, wae drowned while surf bathing at lort Molyneaux yesterday.
