BRITISH VESSEL CAPTURED. BY CABLE—PRESS. ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT NEW YORK, Dec. 25. The British schooner Petara, with seven prisoners and 6000 cases of alleged liquor, also three motor boats and twelve other prisoners, were taken by coastguards. The liquor is valued at more than 500,000 dollars. The Petara was captured after a forty-mile chase by two revenue cutters. 1
