'Hie triumvirate, who, so far have _ only attacked Ttotsky’s political activities, is noiv assailing his reputation as an organiser and leader of the Red Army : A special pamphlet has been issued, in which it is stated that lrotskys military merits are a mere ®yth, and that he continually caused unnecessary friction. Trotsky is wholly unable to' reply to these new attacks, since the Soviet press was again ordered to boycott him.
