“MURDERED” MAN APPEARS,

LONDON. Dec. 7

The Falkirk police are puzzled. They arrested Alexander jVlacpherson and charged him with 'murdering John Rusher, with whom lie Ibdge'd, and who was 'said to have been found dead in bed after quarrelling with Macpherson about a football match.

Busher, alive and uninjured, however, appeared at the lodging-house after Macpherson’s arrest.

The police are unable to identify the dead man. who resembled Busher, and who occupied his bed. ‘
