ESTATE OF SAMUEL GOWER DECEASED. ’ RENDERS are invited for a seven years’ lease in one or two lots of the well-known farm of the late Mr Gower, on the Kaharoa Road, Whenuakura, about six miles from Patea. LOT I—3lß acres 3 roods 9 perches, being Pt. Section 1, Block 4, Carlyle S.D., 202 acres 16 perches, more or less, and W.C.S.R. leasehold, Lots 43 and 12, Pt. Seeton 10, Block 3, Carlye S.D., 116 acres 2 roods 33 perches. LOT 2—126 acres, being Pt. Section 1, Block 4, Carlye S.D. The farms are well watered, practically all level, and within easy distance of the Patea Freezing Works and the Waverley Saleyards.
