MARKETING OF PRODUCE. 8Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Dec. 18, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 17. The Daily Express says it is believed the Government’s preference plans provide for a subsidy to aid the marketing of Dominion produce, covering meat andfruit as well as dried fruits and tinned salmon, with a view to the cheaper prices for Empire produce to the consumer.
