SUPREME COURT.
DIVORCE CASES. The Supreme Court fiat at New Plymouth yesterday. William Henry Aubrey, railway employee of Stratford, was granted a decree nisi from his wife, Mary Rosina Aubrey, the grounds of the petition being mutual separation for three years. The petitioner said he married the respondent at- St. Mary's, New Plymouth, on September (5, 19(X5, the parties subsequently living at New Plymouth, Hawera, Maft'on, Wanganui and Palmerston North. On dune 28, 1921, they entered into a deed of separation as a result of a disagreement, arising out of the wife’s familiarity - with a. boarder, with whom, the petitioner alleged, she was now living in Sydney. The decree nisi is to be made absolute after three months.
