WEDDING.
DEATH—HALL. P wedding took'place at the Methodist Church, Hawera, .on Tuesday, November 25, when Miss Grade Lucy Hall, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs C. Hall, was married to Mr Henry Gilbert Death, youngest son of Mr G. Death, of Netherton. The bride, who. was given away by her father' wore a dainty frock of ivory satin wuth georgette sleeves. Her veil was of embroidered tulle, daintily trimmed with orange Blossoms, and she carried a bouquet of white fknvers and maidenhair fern. • Miss Jean Hall, cousin of the bride, was in attendance as bridesmaid, and u r ore a frock of apricot crepe de chine trimmed with silver, also silver hat and shoes to match. She carried a bouquet of apricot flowers and maiden-hair fern. The bridegroom was attended by Mr W. Hall, of Hawera, as best man. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Mr Oxbrow. After the ceremony a reception was held at the Carlton Dining Rooms, where a large number of guests were entertained. Later Mr and Mrs Death left for Palmerston North, the bride travelling in a costume o.f fawn gaberdine, with shoes a.nd stockings match. Their future home will be in Wanganui.
