TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL.
BREAKING-UP CEREMONY. TK'e, annual;'breaking-up ceremony of the Hawera Technical High School will take pla.ce at the Winter Show Buildings to-morrow evening. An excellent programme has been arranged by the teachers and pupils, to be followed by s.. a supper prepared'entirely by the home science class.- Among the speakers will be: His Worship the Mayor (Mr L. A. Bone), Mr H. Trimble (ex-chairman of the Taranaki Education Board), Mr P. O’Dea and members of the board of managers. The school is indebted to the Winter Show Co. for the free use of their., extensive rooms". A large gathering of parents and friends is expected, and in order that the function may close at a reasonably early hour proceedings will start at , 7.30 o’clock. The prizes will be presented by the member for the district, Mr J. R. Corrigan. ' •
