STEADY IMPROVEMENT. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, Dec. 16. Sir George and Lady Fenwick, of Dunedin, returned by the Maheno today after a ten months’ tour. , Interviewed, Sir George said he agreed with the statements of several other business men on the Maheno that British trade and commerce were steadily on the mend, and there was an improvement, to ' which th e recent political events had largely contributed.
