The’ case is one wherein breaches of trust were alleged. The defendants were Douglas George Wright (AVinslow), •Harriet--.-Myra Wright (Ashburton), Widow, and Hon: AVv-NOsworthy, Mesopotamia Station, farmer. Mr Justice Reed, in his judgment, made an order for securities regarding the prices\ paid for stock by D. G. <-r ri T% ■ /^ Sq L interest '-.paid; -by him to M l .® Tnist estate. Regarding an application to remove the trustees, the judge said neither Airs Wright - nor Mr Nosworthy was in a. position to look atter the- estate properly, but nothing conveyed to his mind; the* faintest 1 impression of mala fides or fraud on their part. Nevertheless they should apply to be removed from the trusteeship and rn i estate transferred to the Public. Trustee.
