Regarding an application to remove the trustees, the judge said neither Airs Wright - nor Mr Nosworthy was in a. position to look atter the- estate properly, but nothing conveyed to his mind; the* faintest 1 impression of mala fides or fraud on their part. Nevertheless they should apply to be removed from the trusteeship and rn i estate transferred to the Public. Trustee.
