SALE AT WELLINGTON. DROP IN PRICES. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Dec. 15. The wool sales opened on Saturday with a big bench of buyers, and will be continued to-day.

Up to the present prices are down 24d all round on those reached at the November sale, when record figures were touched. Super Romneys are down from 3d to 4d, medium crossbreds 3d, and strong qualities are Id to 14d lower, while lambs’ wool is down by 2d to 3d.
