A mandate dismisses the Chih-li leader Chih Sieh Yuan from his post at Tiichun Kiangsu, and appoints Lnyun Ghsiang, who fled in October after the fighting near . Shanghai, pacification commissioner for Kiangsu. Anhui means to be leader of the expedition against Chih Sieh Yuan. It is understood that Chang Tso Lin is placing 40,000 troops at' Lu Yung Hsiang’s disposal, one brigade of whom has already started for Nanking. The mandate orders the disbandment of eight divisions- and six mixed brigades formerly commanded by Wu Pei Fu.—Reuter.
