REVOLTING APPEAL. ACCORDING TO LABOUR PAPER. cable -press association—copyright LONDON, Dec. 8. 'The Daily Herald (Labour paper) protests against the Greek loan, stating: “it is a revolting appeal to money grubbers, who are anxious to get a safe S per cent, apart- from the chance of having luck in the draw when the loan is redeemed by yearly drawings. The terms of the issue were absurdly low, the League of Nations playing into the hands of money interests and disgusting honest folk.”
