SPAHLINGER’S TREATMENT. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Dec. 8. Dr. Blackmore, superintendent of the Cashmere Hills sanatorium, returned by the Niagara to-day. Consequently every country is holding back.” FOUND DROWNED. AUCKLAND. Dec. 8. The inquest on the body of Joseph Alexander Duncan, who 'was found drowned at Devonport on November 2, has concluded. Throughout the inquest, which was twice adjourned, there seemed to be a suspicion of foul play, as deceased was in possession of . a considerable sum of money previous to his deathThis idea was not supported by the evidence, and, there being no marks of violence on the body, the coroner returned a verdict of found drowned. MINERS’ AGREEMENT. GREYMOUTH, Dec. 8. The Blackball miners accepted the new-agreement by a large .majority, but the Paparoa miners rejected it bv a small vote.
