MINISTER. UNABLE TO INSPECT COURSES: Bi response to an invitation'to visit* the local racecourse, the following telegram has been received from Hon. R. F. Bollard, Minister?of Internal Affairs: “Telegram received. I thank the Hawera Trotting Club, the Opunake Racing Club, and the Egmont Racing* Club for invitation to" visit their courses.
