PRIMARY SCHOOL SPORTS.
TO-MORROW’S ATTRACTION. It seems hardly necessary to remind the public of to-morrow’s attraction at the Show Grounds. For weeks past all school children in South Taranaki have been training more or less in the hope of being chosen to represent their respective schools in the athletic championships of South Taranaki. These vouthful enthusiasts have done more to advertise the Dixon Banner than they have any conception of. Everv parent, brother, and sister knows the story from beginning to end, and is as anxious for the success of their representative as the competitor is himself. The general public are showing a very keen interest in this year’s events, and given a fine day the committee expect, that the 1924 Dixon Banner competition will draw a very large attendance of spectators. All are assured of a splendid day’s sport.
