The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 3rd inst.: Tallow: We quote present spot.values for the following descriptions: Pine 'mutton 53/- per cwt., good bedf 50/per cwt., mixed 4G/- per cwt. Market dull. Butter—Choicest 204/- to 208/- per cwt; exceptionally choice 212/- per cwt.; good to fine 190/- to 194/- per cwt. Market temporarily steady. Cheese—Coloured and white *9O/- tc 92/- per cwt. Market slow; firmer tendency.
