BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION I -COPYRIGHT (Received Dec. 8, 2.50 p.m.) • ’ m. m LONDON, Dec. 7. _ Ihe Daily'Mail says that pigeon societies have urged the passage of legislation to compel the owners of Wireless sets_ to place corks along the aerials to enable the birds to avoid them. It has been ascertained, that fens of thousands °f nigeons .are killed or injured through x unseen wires. It is estimated that there are 700,000 pigeon keepers in Britain. Wifeless aerials behead many wild birds.
