BOUNDARY COMMISSION. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHI LONDON, Dec. 5. The Premier of Ulster (Sir James Caig) made a statement with reference to the boundary commission’s public appeal for evidence. He reiterated Ulster’s determination not to participate in the proceedings in order not to prejudice its claim to repudiate the eventual findings, but announced that the Government would not be embarrassed if local authorities, firms or private individuals gave evidence.
