SOVIET OCTOPUS. SPREADING IN FRANCE. REVOLUTIONARY PLOT. [The tentacles Of Communism axe spreading, and revolutionary plots, in France particularly, indicate the latest move. An appeal to the mob is being made 2 but whether it will be successful remains to be seen. The Communists announce that meat and bread will be cheaper consideration for the butchers and bakers appears to be the only thing lacking.] BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Dee. 8, 11.15 a.m.) V PARIS, Dec. 7. The newspapers are publishing details of alleged Communist revolutionary plots. The Echo du Nord declares that different Communist “cells’.’ have already received complete'indication's of a measure to be taken for a Communist rising. For example, the first step at Tourcoing will be the occupation of the town ball at midnight by armed bands, after which the Communists will endeavour to win over the crowd by announcing that henceforth the cost of meat will be 50 per cent, less and; air bakers ’ shops will be taken over by Communists. -
