WELLINGTON, Dec. 5. It has been doubtful by which route the All Blacks will return to New Zealan4, but it is now regarded as certain that, they will come hack via Canada. To come by this route will entail extra expense, but it is considered desirable that they should do so if matters can be arranged satisfactorily. To assist in financing their return via Canada, the Government has arnanged to pi’ovide the sum of £IOOO towards the extra expense entailed. This sum will not cover the whole extra cost, hut will go a long way towards it.
