The Electric Light Carnival committee, which is comprised of members of the Egmont A. and P. Association and the Hawera. Amateur Athletic Club, met last night. The balance sheet of the last carnival was submitted, and it wavS stated that the profit would go- a l°og A va y towards clearing the debt existing on the installation of lights on the show-grounds.
