OUTPUT INCREASES. DOMINION FIGURES. (BY TELEGXtAPM— PP.EHS ASSOCIATION ) WELLINGTON, Dec. 4 The figures of the Dairy Division of the Department of Agriculture show chat the quantity of salted butter graded for November, 1924, was 9694 ;ons, and unsalted 659 tons, a total of 10,3b3 tons, compared with 8265 tons salted and 839 tons unsalted, a total or 9104 tons, for November of last year, making an increase of 13 7 per cent. 1 hor the four months ended November, 1924. the respective quantities were 24 656 tons and 1322 tons, atota? ot 25,9(8 tens, compared with 20,274 tons and 1333 tons, a total of 21,607 tons for the corresponding period of P recGdi} ig season, an increase of 20.2 per cent. Cheese graded for Nc.ve.mher, 1924 composed : White. 6146 tons ; coloured’ 4409 tons: a total of 955 tons. The totals Cor November, 1923, were - White /075 tons, coloured 4076 tons, a total or 11,151 tons, a decrease of 14.3 per cent. | The quantities for the four months ending November, 1924, were: White. 12.578 tons; coloured, 7211 tons- a total of 19,789 tons. The totals for the corresponding period last season were: White, 13,591 tons; coloured 8338 tons- a total of 21,929 tons; a decrease of 9.7 per cent. Converting these figures into, the butter-fat equivalent, there is an increase of 10.6 per cent, in butter-fat oreduction for "the four months, as compared with the corresponding period of 1923-24. The stocks held in the various grading no.rts at, November 30, 1924, were: Buffer, 4727 tons; cheese, 449 tons.
