O’Neill, £ls; B. R. Long v. T. Pihama, £lO 10s. In the judgment summons case of Hatrick anil Co. iv. R. Thomas, the judgment debtor •was ordered to pay the sum of £7 2s Bd, in default eight days’ imprisonment.
