INCOME TAX RETURNS. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 3. James Mulvey, postmaster at Ashburton, was this morning charged with having failed to furnish income tax returns, and was fined £lO and costs.
