A sentry at the house of Viscount Allenby (High Commissioner of Egypt) discovered two natives in the grounds, says the Cairo correspondent of the Daily Mail. Ho fired, but the natives escaped. Three thousand British troops, including bluejackets and marines from the warships, marched through the streets of Alexandria. The demonstrations created a deep impression. Orders have been given to evacuate the Customs.
