James Oliver Scott urns sentenced today to three months’ imprisonment with hard labour for sly-grogging, and to one month’s imprisonment for assaulting a policeman who endeavoured to effect his arrest. Accused’s car, containing twenty-three bottles of whisky, stalled in front of a. constable’s house. The constable saw the car and became suspicious. -
