TOKIO, November 13. International Communism, Banzai! Russian Soviet Banzai!” screamed the Daisuke Namba., the would-be Assassin of the Prince Regent, when asked if lie had anything to say when sentenced to death by a special court this morning. The court was thrown info the wildest confusion. A crowd had gathered in the. Supreme Court building at 4 a.m. There- --was a queue of. those holding admission tickets, an<J hundreds of others. The police, gendarmes, and mounted officers kept everyone in the crowd under the closest surveillance, and searched every person admitted to the court. Apparently the police expected an outbreak in seme form. The sentence was death by hanging, within five 'days after the Minister of •Justice issues the order. Prior to his outburst in court to-day, Namba had been expressing the utmost contrition of his crime, which had been unprecedented in tlie history of Japan, and had voiced liis eagerness to meet death in expiation.
